Hi from Macarons lover

Hi everyone - I am Lynne, I am a home baker and I make macarons - mainly for weddings and celebrations. I am based in Yorklshire in the the UK. I discovered I could make macarons about 3 years ago and what started as a hobby turned in to a business in April 2014. I love using local and seasonal ingredients in my macarons and I am always happiest when I am out foraging.

 

I have checked out Chef Talk for a while now - its been a great resource. I am looking forward to being an active member.
