Username. Garage Rat...as that is where I am tinkering with old culinary toys and new projects. Been around the block. Love the culinary world.....Can never learn or know enough about the food and tools used. Since we must eat, make it an adventure.

Thank you, nice to be here. It is an earned attitude and glad you can relate.I'm sure you are a happy soul then. :-) Wish I was as wise as a beginner.

 

Actually found your forum searching for some Hammered Damascus Blanks for steak knives. I'm not a Pakkawood fan so leaves me little choices but to make my own. Could have had Jay Fisher do some but that would set a chef back $6k probably. One would be happy but rather would have a critical set done for that kind of artesan bread. :-)
