Hi all, nice site!

I've been in kitchens few years, in crazy uk gastropubs! Some epically cowboy kitchens to be honest, and probably never gonna get near michelin starred or rosette restaurant now. Im a jack of all trades, master of none, fresh pasta, bread, pastry, hot, salad, desserts, grill. I guess im both lucky and unlucky being baptised in the fires of chaos, never had no spec sheets, recipes, anything like that, just had to learn stuff the old fashioned way (aka getting shouted at!!!) Hope your all doing good, and keeping those fires burning. I shud really be sleeping, its 4.30am here abd double shifts tomorrow (obvs!) :P

Welcome chef and thanks for the compliment. There is nothing I would not enjoy more than a gastro pub crawl in England. Any favorite pubs you can recommend if I make it there?

Thanks,
