Hello from Greece

Hello all, nice to meet you and join your team. I'm head chef at a restaurant with traditional Greek cuisine and in a few weeks i will go at a 5 star hotel to be head chef at the Italian restaurant in the hotel. I love cooking,music and spearfishing.

Welcome Chef we are glad to have you. I also am Greek (half on my father's side). Years ago I worked at Selene restaurant on the island of Santorini. What restaurant do you work at?

Nice to meet you my friend and thanks for the welcome. I was working at Glyfada Athens "Food Mafia" and then they put me in charge at "1903 a taste of Smyrna". Now in few weeks i'm going to work at kos island.
