Looking for a chef

We are a 1920's built classic log lodge , newly renovated, on the Straight of Georgia looking across the sea to the costal snow top mountains, while sitting by a palm tree! We have two restaurants , two bars in the lodge, on beautiful Gabriola Island,.
British Columbia, Canada.

We are a resort lodge in the summer months and a destination for conferences and other events in the winter. Our high season is May 24 to Labour day.

We have a Pub, which serves "elegant" comfort food, we have the Sunset Lounge Dining room witch serves a more up scale casual dining. Our catering is for private dinners for 20 to weddings for 100. We do plated meals and buffets.

We are looking for someone with experience to head our kitchen. The job is admin as well as menu and cooking. We want a chef that can put our food on the destination map.

This is an ideal location for someone who wants to move to paradise or someone who wants to carve out a career.
