Would Something Like This Be Possible?

Hello All,

 

I’m a lifelong foodie with a vast recipe collection but my schedule does not allow for me to cook as often as I’d like.  I was wondering if any restaurant chefs would consider cooking 2-3 of my recipes a week for me.  I can either supply the ingredients or pay for the chef to get them & of course I’d be willing to compensate them for accommodating me. 

 

If anyone has ever done this I’d appreciate some advice on how to approach chefs in the Baltimore, MD area.

Certainly!
If you already know someone in the industry ask them for some names.
Google is also your friend.....key words personal chef.
Let them know what you want during the interviews.
The least pricy option is usually for them to cook in their (fully licensed and inspected) kitchen and you pick up your meals from there.
