Hello! from Quelady

Howdy!

 

I feel so lucky to have found this site. I stumbled into a wealth of information. I applaud all who have shared and I hope I have an opportunity to learn and share as well.

 

I am currently a partner in catering/event vending BBQ and soul food business. I have a passion for the business and a true love for flavorful food. I currently do this on a part time basis, while renting a commercial kitchen, but  I hope to go fulltime in the next year.
