Just opened a restaurant and I would need to have an Executive Chef and a sous-chef helping us out.
We opened a French restaurant and there are tons of things to do and my associate and I who are not Americans need to have some talented chef who can help us out grow. Brand new place, brand new kitchen - the kitchen is spacious for our sitting area - we could add more seats but without the staff it is impossible!
We started very well, but we are way understaffed and we do not know how to recruit.
If anyone could help me that would be great!
