Pretty simple question, based out of curiosity and just for fun. 


Personally I don't know what mine would be. Grew up in Hawaii, Vietnamese parents, love Asian and Hawaiian culture and food. Now a college student in the Midwest working at a gastropub and constantly exploring French, Spanish, and Italian cuisine. From simple to complex, classic to nouvelle, conventional to modernist/molecular gastronomy... I try it all and love it all. If I could design my own tasting menu... it would be like a trip around the world!
