Employment with our Wyoming dude ranch is an excellent opportunity to experience the grandeur of the Jackson Hole Valley and Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. You will also meet employees and guests from all over the world. We want our employees to have fun but we also work hard as our primary focus is to give 5-Star service to our guests. Being an upscale guest ranch, our guests expect the best and it is our obligation to make sure that is what they receive. Room and Board
Employee housing is modest but comfortable. Most employees will have one roommate. Additionally, no pets are allowed on the ranch. There aren’t any spaces for RVs or trailers. Housing and meals provided as a condition of employment. End of Season bonus once employment contract is met. Season will run from May 15 - September 15, 2015.
Lost Creek Ranch does have a strict drug, alcohol and substance abuse policy.
Housing, Employee Dining Room, Laundry Facilities, access to Spa Facility (where there is a full weight room, cardio equipment, pool, etc.), and living and working with a view of the Tetons.
Getting Here and Getting Around
We are located 22 miles north of the town of Jackson. Employees need to arrange their own transportation to and from Lost Creek Ranch. While employed at the ranch no transportation is provided into town or the surrounding area.
Recreation opportunities abound in the Yellowstone ecosystem. The National Park Service and Forest Service will have an orientation meeting at the beginning of the season to acquaint our staff with safety and laws within the Park.
