Home cooking

Hello everyone.

 

I am a Home cook with no professional experience, but I am probably going to work in a friends restaurant this summer to try it out and learn as much as I can. I teach at the University level, and that takes up most of my time. However, I find cooking very enjoyable and challenging, so I am eager to check out the many insights on this site.

Welcome Andrew we are glad to have you. Working with friends at a restaurant is a great way to get a taste of what life in the restaurant is all about. If you want to read a great article about what cooking on the line is all about.
