Welcome Pbenton!!!  Tell us a little more about yourself; what you like to cook, favorite cuisines, etc.  Do you consider yourself a good cook, great cook, or just a beginner?

hi Pete I consider myself an AWESOME Cook, I started learning how to cook at the age of 7.My very first thing that I taught myself was Hot Dogs and Mac&cheese mixed  but of course that was 30 something years ago LOL due to lack of Structure growing up I knew that I had the Passion for being a cook.I have a portfolio of my meals and dishes that I have prepared on Facebook the name of my page is "Home Style Cooking from My Kitchen-Paul Benton I haven't quite got it with the fancy kinda cooking just yet Lol I'm more of country-style cook.

I can prepare a meal just from a few can goods and make it a meal that everyone will LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cooking is my PASSION it is what I'am good at and it is what I LOVE doing I have a Hamburger that is OUT OF THIS WORLD it is Called The"BabyBoy"Burger and if I was to prep and cook my burger in any restaurant it would go for a good price of $8.00 to $10.00 burger on the menu.

My meals are quick and easy meals and I LOVE to prepare any food. I can throw something together and have had folks say WHAT is that?? and I tell them just try it and they come back for more. I can do fried pickles ETC....

Hi, just want to say hello from Corpus Christi Texas.  I'm retired military. I love cook and going things. There's nothing I can't make or cook. I have doing aquaponics for almost 2 years now and have started a small business called Outlaw Aquaponics. I'm looking into starting a food truck in the near future. Not a licensed chef but my father and grandmother's were. And they taught me a lot. I have been cooking and growing food since I was 5 years old. I am in possession of my families 200 year old dressing recipe as well as countless others my family cherish. I have a daughter who will be starting school to begin training for her culinary career tomorrow. I'm just glad to meet everyone.
