Hello to all

Hello everyone, I have looked around this forum for about a week now and must say that this is a well organized site.

I am a 43 year old father of 2, looking to start a new career doing something that I have always wanted to try.

I marked myself down as a student, though I am not starting until Sep this year. I will be taking the Culinary Arts Management program at NBCC Moncton, NB. I look forward to learning and sharing knowledge and experiences as they come.

Welcome @boyardee1971 glad you joined up. We have many people who have gone the route you are about to and I think you can get some good advice. I added your culinary school here:
