After attending culinary school in Chicago and training in Italy I've done nothing with my degree but cook for family and friends and eat very well. My son is now in middle school and I've decided to get back in the swing of things and DO something with this great skill I have.
Looking for information and ideas around starting a personal chef service. Any and all thoughts, links, advice, and cautions are very welcome. Will unload a barrage of questions over the next few weeks as well.
