FERRANDI Paris for February intake application is opening soon. I'm going to apply for French pastry, so just wondering if anyone here in the same boat as me or if anyone had been to the school any advice I can get for my application. I've been waiting and saving for more than a years and super excited about it.
Hey there! I've applied to the february 2016 intake too (intensive pastry as well) I check my e-mail literally everyday to see if Ferrandi sent me an answer, haha. I'm so nervous.

I sent them my application in 4th June. I've been told I'd have an answer by the end of the month, but so far I've got nothing Recently I sent them an e-mail, and a member of the staff told me they'd try to send me an answer about my application by the middle of July, before school closes to summer vacations. I am super anxious, hope they really let me know.

Hi, I just got an email about I've been admitted. Anyone got in as well? I am so exciting. They have summer break will close from tomorrow Friday July 17th to Monday August 24th. Hope all of u get sucused.

When did u sent your application? They told me they would get back to me before summer vacations and so far I'm here freaking out haha they are no good with this estimative thing.
Ying, I think we won't be getting a reply until the school comes back from summer break It's already past business hours in Paris. But let's not freak out, even if they take long, they will have to let us know the result of our applications.

planning to go there in Sep 16 for cuisine, at first i was thinking abt le cordon bleu but as the tuition fee are quite expensive, and i'm wondering whether i could really learn sth there. All i know before is just "le cordon bleu", but recently i just find this "Ferrandi" and i saw the comments in the forum that Ferrandi is better than Le cordon bleu.
I had applied too and I'm waiting to see if I'm going or not. I did the training weeks course at Ferrandi this summer but what I really want is the intensive professional course in French Pastry. Keeping my fingers crossed.
