Hello from MN

Hi!  I am not a chef in any sense of the word, but I do enjoy cooking & baking for my family and entertaining friends.  My hope in joining this group is to gain knowledge and learn from others.  To sit and share a well cooked meal with loved ones is a special treat.  This site is the most organized and insightful one I have happened upon.
