Hi,

I'm a nutritionist with some chef experience. I'm working with an endurance athlete who is a surgeon, and doesn't have time to prepare the meals and portable foods I'm recommending. I'd like to pitch that I could take his training schedule, shop and layout the meals for him. I don't plan on cooking much, just organizing, shopping, and layout of the week's food. My cooking would be the whole food portable food for his training rides, which I can do in bulk and freeze. He has three teenage boys with him part time. On those weeks I'd like to charge more!

What would be a fair price to pitch for this? I was thinking of a weekly fee of $250 to plan out his week, shop, and deliver an organized cooler/box of food day by day with recipes and individually wrapped portables. Thoughts so very welcome, thank you!
