:chef: Hi, I am a home cook from Guatemala. I love all kinds of food and trying new things in the kitchen.  I am so happy to have found this site to learn, give and ask for advice on anything that has to do with cooking, baking etc.

I am actually planning a dinner on Friday for 5 friends and I would love everyone's advice on a few things? anybody interested in helping me out?

Welcome to ChefTalk we are happy to have someone join from your part of the world. The food scene in Guatemala must be incredible. I would head over to the Food and Cooking Forums for some help with your question.

Thanks,

Hi, yes food in Guatemala is interesting. I believe in November Andy Zimmer will be airing his trip to Guatemala this year. Will be interesting to watch if he actually found some weird things to eat and if he liked it LOL. thank you for the suggestion I will go to that forum.
