Hi, I have the Kitchen Aid with the steam assist. I really like it. I prefer to use the manual steaming over the automatic. I have the double wall oven. They are only 30 inches but I rarely have an issue with space. I frequently do hard crust breads. I do have a spray mister on the counter. I've been known to spritz occasionally. Not recommended for electric ovens. I also change the water filter before the idiot light says to.
