Hello from Baltimore!

My wife is a fantastic cook, and I've been dabbling with the idea of getting into it myself. I'm going to be buying her a new set of Chef's knives in August for our 3rd anniversary (Shun Premier?), and I think that would be a good time for me to get more into cooking myself. I tend to get really into things, so I'd like to get a lot of the front end research done before then. Thanks for welcoming me into the community!
