burger press troubles, why

I bought a Bellemain burger press which is working out fine so what is the problem, the waxed patty paper used with it. This press uses 5.5 square paper and twice when I ordered this off amazon I got 4 3/4 x 5.5, little to small. The two sizes cost pretty much the same so why can't they just make 5.5 square and send the right size.

If you return the incorrect order at their expense they might start paying attention to making sure the order is correctly fulfilled the first time. Or buy from a more reliable supplier. That situation is frustrating but should be easily resolved.

I won't buy from a vendor that is not prime. Easy return, prints out the return shipping label ASAP, you can even schedule a pick up.

Might be a little more than you need... :)

Also, my anti-virus tried to block the site, so I turned it off for a few minutes.

Got a notification from my email client that some site was trying to over-ride my security options.

So, yeah... use someone else's computer if you're going to order. heh

But more realistically, find a restaurant nearby that makes their own burgers.

We go through a couple thousand papers a week, and if someone asked me if they could buy a box of our 1000 6x6

patty papers, I'd just hand them a box. It's less than $7 a box I think (same company as pic, I just order them through our broadliner).

I used to do that with sheet pan liners when I was in-between cooking jobs. Grocery store bakers would just give me a dozen.

EDIT: picture isn't showing...? It previews, but doesn't post. It is a pic of Zenith Specialty Bag Company's web page

showing 20,000 5x5 patty papers for $126.30.

Look to see if you have a restaurant supply place in your general area.  They will usually sell to the public and you will probably get a better price than you are paying through Amazon.

I did write amazon customer service about this and both time they did refund my money, they are good that way. I do have restaurant supply houses near me, I'll check them out
