I'm a spicy chicken chili recipe an ingredient states, 1 tablespoon chicken stock. To me stock is the cooked version and adding one tablespoon sounds ridiculous. Do they mean maybe soup base, which would use the liquid from the crushed tomatoes making 3 cups of stock. To me, this decision will make or break this chicken chili success. Any help out there for me.
