I have worked in 2 restaurants as a line cook to get my foot in the door of the industry in a entry level position. I am currently a line cook at a line cook at a very busy college bar/grill on a large campus. however my true passion is baking and pastry art and I intend on going to culinary school after I save up some money for that. so anyways now that I have some work experience under my belt I can apply at more places to 1 make more money and 2 get in to baking. so I have an opportunity to be a early morning baker (3am) at a chain coffee and bagel place. I'm wondering if you think that is will be a worth while job, I'm not worried about the hours. I just would like to know if working at place like this were they are not even asking for someone with experience because it is more than likely not intricate baking nor does it allow me to be very creative. But it would be experience non the less.
