My name is Emily. I am currently attending Liaison College of Culinary Arts, working on my Chef de Cuisine Diploma. I have had a huge passion for food and cooking since I can remember. This has expanded into me deciding to become a chef. I love all types of cuisine, however my specialty is Southern Cuisine.
