Hi all..

I'm making birthday cake for my friend's daughter..Its a 2.tier cake with vanilla and pineapple cake layers with vanilla buttercream frosting and i'm covering whole thing with same buttercream and fondant over that. My question is Can I do milk chocolate ganache over the cake instead of buttercream frosting and cover with fondant? Will it taste good or over powering? Thanks in advance.
