Head/Executive Chef Urgently needed for a 3 star 82 room Hotel in Port Vila Vanuatu. South Pacific experience would be an advantage but not necessary. Must be able to run a small but very busy kitchen with local cooks, so must be culturally aware. Must be able to improvise as ingredients can be hard to come by on occasions. Must be efficient in Buffet and Ala Carte. Needed to also be very strong in Italian cuisine. TAX FREE Salary plus  Food and Accommodation.
