Hard to find a decent trustworthy recipe for this. I do not trust just anyone to give me a good recipe outside this forum!

What kind of korean bbq has gluten?

off the top of my head

garlic

soy

brown sugar

sesame oil

scallions

I guess in the soy sauce.   Maybe you should read this:

Your right, I just had a senior moment, a long one! I do use Tamari! Thanks for reminding me.

Soy sauce contains wheat, which may be an issue if you're allergic or intolerant to wheat.

Yeah we reached that conclusion already.  Tamari has low to no gluten (depends, definitely check the label).  So it's a good alternative.

My wife and I both have an intolerance to wheat. But, we have found some awesome gluten-free foods, even some great pizza crusts! When I want to be lazy, I just order Domino's or Snappy Tomato's gluten-free pizzas.

You would not believe how many foods has gluten in them, it is just like a peanut or even a soy allergy, the foods with these ingredients are almost endless! But honestly, we have not had too much trouble at all switching completely gluten-free.
