Cooking to bring to office

Thread Starter

Not sure if this is the right place, but I have tried googling and can't seem to find the relevant information.

So I have been thinking of cooking and bringing it to office, and I have this question. I freeze pasta sauce to be used on a later date. I wish to bring it to work to eat for lunch. Is it safe to thaw it in the fridge at night, heat it up in the morning, put it into my bento box, bring it to work and then microwave it during lunch at my work place? Thanks!

Should be fine.

Do you have a fridge at work? I make large batches of pasta, divide that up into boxes and freeze them. I take out a box and leave that in the fridge the night before. I take it to work and leave that in the work fridge until lunch, then heat it up.
