pastrypastry!!!!

just a retired old guy who enjoys tasty food with lots of butter & cream. Mom & Grandmom were great Magyar cooks, especially for pastries---- and the trips to the duck farm for duck fat!

Sinful that the agriculture department lowered beef standards for fat content.

Health be damned: flavor matters.
