I am new but, I already feel the love in the room :)

Hello family,

 

 I am new to this site and wanted to introduce my self. I am currently a prep cook in Orlando. I recently graduated from LCB Orlando and I feel very proud. Although I am new the industry, I am eager to learn as much as I can. I encourage constructive criticism when it comes to personal growth. Food is now my life and I plan to learn something new everyday. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army and I have served 3 years with 1 year deployment to Afghanistan. Cooking and experimenting is very therapeutic to the soul and I love what i do. Whether I make $1 or $1,000,000. But there are still things that I am curious about. I am only looking for the straight forward, unbiased truth
