Been Lurking for a While

So I've been reading through articles and the forums for a while and decided to join in.  I've worked in a bakery specializing in pies for about 5 years now (we also make cookies, bread and other pastries).  And I've recently decided to go back to school and get a degree in baking and pastry arts because I enjoy making people happy with the food we make.

 

I look forward to learning a lot from others here and sharing what I know.
