Need a strong CDP or Junior Sous who is ready to take the step up. Events company based in London working in some top venues, brilliant produce, desserts, stocks, breads and canapes all made on site so experience is a must. Attractive package for the right individual as well as a good work/life balance. This position would suit somebody who wants to progress under a very talented head chef and has aspirations to lead their own team one day as the business grows.
