Im catering my first event wedding and I'm not sure how much to charge for my servieces and foodd. I'm making finer foods or Horsd"oeuvres. for about 125 people.
Unless you want to spend a lot of money and jeopardize your reputation call them now and tell them you are unable to do the job. Back up and educate yourself on how to run a food business. I don't mean to be unkind but it appears you do not have a clue. Talk to your local SCORE representative and get some help. I lost a LOT of money on my first try. Good luck whatever you decide.
