Breakfast egg pie, not an entry, made this 3 months ago! Bacon,Bisquick, eggs, bit of milk(want a thick pancake batter consistency), lots of cheddar, onion fried in the bacon fat. Bake at 350 until a knife comes out clean or just coated with cheese

Thread Starter

This has been a very enjoyable challenge for me, especially since the pressure was off and I didn't have to cook anything.  I just sat back and enjoyed your entrees - you all inspired me, awed me and made me very hungry!  I really wish I did not have to choose a winner.  There were so many good entries!  Lots of thanks to everyone who entered some unbelievably tasty dishes!  Here are some honorable mentions:

@ordo wtih a whopping 10 entries!  My personal favorite was the leeks au gratin and the crepes cannelloni.  Very unique and I will be making both.

@chefbuba  @Pete for those oozy gooey enchiladas!

@Pete for that beautiful fondue, nothing better than a big bowl of cheese.

@phatch who got his kid involved and made cheese soup!

@butzy who doesn't even like cheese made 4 submissions, including that delicious quiche pie!

Newbie forum members @Hank with a fontina pie that my husband has asked me to recreate and a very elegant fried camembert, @kingfarvito who made his own cheese and @mikey--m who smoked his own jarlsberg!

Our favorite ladies @MaryB for the classic omelet and @kaneohegirlinaz for the italian inspired lasagna and bruschetta!

@teamfat thanks for the laughs, that mac n cheese tutorial was the best kind of cheesy!

I really loved the simple entries, the fried camembert, the cheese on a cracker, the emmental drizzled with honey.  Cheese is an ingredient that can be enjoyed in its simplest form.

The only thing I missed this month was a beautiful cheese board, I was really hoping someone would do one.

.............................................

WINNER --->> @Mike9  It was the Farmer Cheese Cheesecake!  You made your own cheese and turned it into dessert.  What's not to love about that?  And I especially like the moon decoration.  This cheesecake made my heart go thump.  Congrats Mike9!

Looking forward to the next one!

Hahahahaha.  They don't call it Cheez Whiz for nothin'. Now I'm craving a Philly cheesesteak sand and a Ritz cracker.
