Pickle juice

What are some uses for pickle juice?  I know I love a good dirty martini but I'm just thinking there's got to be more to it.  Salad dressing maybe, instead of the vinegar?  What else can we think of?

Brine for chicken or pork.

I use some in my potato salad and chicken salad.

It's alleged to have drug test beating powers.

It is a key ingredient in making good Utah french fry sauce.

Just think of it as a flavored vinegar.

Mix with prepared yellow mustard to squirt on burgers.

You can also quick pickle some things in it, mix a spanky ketchup, remoulade, tarter.  Why stop at pickle juice?  I use pickled pepper juice the same ways.

Just threw out some pickle juice and was wondering the same thing, looks like good suggestions so far. Just to be clear, are you serious about pickle juice in the martini?

A splash in Bloody Mary's, a Pickleback (a shot followed by a shot of pickle juice),  In the case of pickled beets, once the jar is 2/3's empty we add hard boiled eggs and make pickled eggs.

I add a shot to my morning V8 along with a glug of Franks Hot Sauce.

Pickle juice ?

It replaces lemon juice on breaded chicken and on fried catfish.

Also is used to make a zesty salad-dressing.

I use the pickle juice in things like Bloody Mary's, tartar sauce, Remoulade, and the like.

I will pickle my garden zucchini and yellow squash in the brine.

I'll thin slice cucumbers and onions and use the pickle juice on them.

Pickle juice gives a nice spin on things like green beans, or pole beans, even beets

Cabbage, Celery, and even root veggies, like carrots, turnips and rutabaga.

Imagination.......

We had a jar of jalapeno flavored pickles on the table yesterday and we were trying to outbid each other for the empty jar and juice -
