I've been a coffee bartender on and off for a long time, and still I'm looking for a way to get a little more fast about making coffee. Recently I inherited a beautiful La Pavoni espresso machine and keep it at work. Of course, my coworkers want espresso drinks. The thing is when I'm making espresso drinks I just slow down, don't know why. Both professionally and off the clock. I'm sort of constricted in my space, and I don't have all the right tools yet, and maybe I'm not drinking enough coffee, but there's got to be some tricks about speeding up coffee and espresso drinks.
