Catering Desserts

I am making cheesecakes for a wedding reception with about 200 people. Even though I know you can never have too much cheesecake, I do not want to over do it. Is there a serving guide for cheesecakes like there is for traditional wedding cake?

If you're doing a 12 inch round cheese cake cut in 12 it comes out to almost 17 cakes. Do 18 to account for miss cuts. Or are you planning on doing a sheet style cheesecake with another display cake?
