We know how daunting it is to even begin thinking about opening your own restaurant. The good news is we have a space and built in customers for a chef who is serious about running a restaurant or trying out a new concept. We own a bar that needs an entrepreneurial Head Chef to run the food service. There are no upfront costs for equipment, licences, permits, utilities or even rent. We already have all the necessary permits, equipment and most importantly, we have customers. You provide the passion and the drive.

7. (5) stainless steel preparation tables.
8. (6) stainless steel shelves.
9. Stainless steel 2-levels serving cart.
10. (2) fire extinguishers.
11. Chemical fire suppression system.
12. Commercial meat grinder.
13. Commercial mixer, 1.5hp.

 

* CUSTOMERS

We are a fully operational bar that is open 11am - 2am every day.
