Fine Tuning your Service Staff

Thread Starter

Does anyone have any recommendations for front of the house service training at a reasonable price.  We have a group of core servers that work most of our events.  Although they are dependable and hard working, they could definitely use some polishing.  We also need to outsource servers for our larger events.  Any thoughts on how to get them onboard quickly?

A rough idea of business location would probably yield more useful suggestions and responses.

Check with professional organizations and schools in your area, they can probably give you some good leads on hospitality professionals, instructors, and possibly students who might be able to address your needs on a consulting basis.

Here are a few links to check out.
