So, I was never good at these things. Starting a written introduction was always a nightmare for me but hey, I'll give it a try nevertheless.

Sani is my name, 29 years of age, front line chef in a hotel in Austria. Looking forward to some discusions on here and mostly, this looks a great place to get some advice when needed.

Sanny welcome. My wife and I were in Austria (Vienna) last year and love it. Thanks for taking the step and posting an introduction. Where in Austria are you at?
