Hello I am a new member,

 

Got a question about a 1/2 size gas convection oven.

 

I am an event caterer looking to retire into just doing festivals I have a 7' x 14' commercially built food trailer. I am wanting to do something like cinnamon buns and onsite baking of cookies and brownies. Due to the limited space I can not fit a full size convection oven in my trailer.

 

Any experience with baking with a 1/2 size oven.

 

Again, nothing artisan, just cinnamon buns, brownies and cookies.
