From Canada, I came to the Netherlands just over 2 years ago. Not quite the most culinary of countries ;) but I hope to see that change in the future. What I have seen is interesting, though (there tends to be more in the south, but I'm in the north).
I have been baking for as long as I remember. Been in and out of kitchens and my last job was chef assistant at a catering company. My heart is in baking and I'm learning French baking in some spare time. I also specialize in gluten-free. My profile page says it all :)
I'm looking for help with technique, but also look forward to contributing :)
