Hi All,

 

I'm an ex-soldier turned Professional Photographer and a lover of food and cooking. I joined this forum basically to get some good ideas with regards to home cooking and for the chit chat. I'm from Doncaster but now live in Lancashire.

I'm here snooping as my 19 year old son hated first year buisness and is now working at the university pub. And living the energy of the kitchen and wants to become a chef . So I'm looking for things ways to help him and see what his journey might look like and get ideas for a birthday gift etc. I don't know how far he will go . He wants to apprentice to get his red seal.
