hello, looking for a food service manager / chef at a small new england ski area that operates four seasons. We run 3 kitchens in the winter time, from fast food, to fast but healthy bar / dinner food. Also have a rebuilt, beautiful mountain farm, B&B and 10,000 sq ft restaurant which is closed. Hoping to reopen the restaurant with the right entrepreneurial chef in mind.
