I have just found that my boss acquired a FroYo and salad by the pound store.  I know the issues with the salad bar and I am using only local farm fresh items, but I am having issues with the yogurt.  I have found several companies that offer a just add milk Organic frozen yogurt system.  Long story short I am in Florida and after the Grouper debacle a few years ago any mix is considered an additive.  I do not want to take the chance of the local papers accusing us of not using yogurt.  


Does anyone have a recipe where I can use a whole or cream top milk along with regular yogurt to create a truly organic product?  I can produce the flavor additives myself. 


Any help would be fantastic.
