Hi everyone! I have to complete an internship and I am not a huge baker so I am wondering what you kind of training, materials, potential problems, equipment all for someone who doesnt know all that much about baking. I would appreciate some help!

I'm also new to baking too, I'm planning to study home baking for beginners. It's a short course for several months, it's very good to develop baking skills then decide and have more knowledge for where you want to go from there
