Hi there, ive just been given reign over the baking side of the kitchen (what was my head chef thinking? haha) and although i have managed to successfully make scones and stick toffee pudding (im from aberdeen, scotland where these are both very popular) im now stuck as to what to make next. i have free time today at work to try something new but i am limited in ingredients and would prefer to do something simple. please feel free to reply as i am at work until 9 tonight. thanks guys.
