How does one introduce him or herself? type out a bio (last one I wrote for my job with Compass Group is a bit too long winded)? Write a funny anecdote ( my comedy gene requires people to actually be present)?

 

I suppose just a few words will do.

 

Chef 

taught through working the ranks and some college

goal to return to school (at some point) to get a Hospitality degree and get certification through the ACF 

current position Sous Chef (although can you be considered a sous if you don't actually work under a chef?) 

 

i own a creative design business (from graphic design to crafts) with my wife 

specialty as far as cooking Asian and Caribbean 

 

always open to make connections and learn more
