dehydrated onions,  ACK!  So that's why my Mother had such a hard time losing weight back then ... now, I cook for her, healthy, lowfat, lowsugar, delicious meals and she's been at her target weight for years now... thank you, thank you very much... I want to toot my own horn and say I also took 95 pounds off my husband in 9 months.

I use lol a lot but have to confess....I seldom actually lol.
The fisherman was totally shocked when I started rolling around laughing AND snorting (which is really unattractive but when lose control like that I just cannot help myself).
