Does anyone know of any accredited schools that offer degrees or certification in medicinal cuisine? I would really like to find some kind of reliable instruction on using culinary as a healing aide. I've read up on Bastyr and Tulane, but Bastyr had a lot of negative feedback as far as their administrative services go, and Tulane is a medical school, so their certification classes are only open to current medical students. I am looking for a culinary based program that may have a class that branches out into medicinal properties of food and nutrition. Any info is much appreciated.
